"Your listing needs a 2-character state abbreviation to be a featured tour for REALTOR.com" I am new to ZD and keep getting this message on my new listing card. It does have a state code in the details. I have even gone back in and deleted it and re-entered it. This is weird. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance, Jenn

As a mortgage loan officer, we get updated regularly on mortgage rates- they are LOW! For excellent credit, your client can get as low as 4.675% - with medium credit around 5% , with just okay credit (620 and below), around 5.5%

Thank you August for creating the "Wonderful World of Zingding"
Just want to share that I have noticed that many of the pictures seem to be darker than necessary. There is easy software download from Google called Picasa 3 to make the pics look brighter, bigger and better. It works like a charm and there is even a sharpen and straighten tool that is just fabulous!
Check it out folks, I think you'll be as thrilled as I am..

Why do Realtors fail at short sales? There are arguably hundreds of excuses, but really only 10 or so REAL reasons.
1. Lack of Ability and Knowledge
Short Sales for most agents represented the new chic way of making money in a volatile, foreclosure laden real estate market. So, they took a 2 hour class at the board, became duly knighted “short sale experts” and off they were to conquer the masses. Unfortunately most found that trying to perform short sales without the knowledge to…

1. The NEW $8,000 FEDERAL TAX CREDIT
First-time home buyers receive a tax credit of up to $8,000 for purchasing a home on or before November 30, 2009. Ask me for a detailed report.
2. INTEREST RATES DROPPED AGAIN THE WEEK OF MARCH 16 TO BELOW 5%
Near-record low rates mean you can afford more home within your budget. Lock-in a rate now while they are low.
3. SELECTION IN THE MARKET CAN'T BE BEAT
Slow housing sales in the past mean more homes to choose from. Find a home with the amenities you…
