"ZingDing helped sell my listing in record time!"

I've been a member since Nov. '08. I believe that my listing zingding helped sell my listing in record time, 37 days. The buyers were from out of state and used the internet to narrow the search down to just a few properties. I took the wife out to look. The husband was already sold without seeing the property. They made an offer and we settled on New Years Eve! They told everyone that the ZingDing sold the house!! By the way, another couple living in Hawaii fell in love with the same house while it was under contract. They had their agent call and ask me if I thought the deal was solid. I told her I thought that it was, but that there were quite a few other properties in the same neighborhood for sale. She said they knew, but kept coming back to my listing, again because of the ZingDing!! Wow. I can't wait to see what else I can do with this fun tool. By the way, my broker was impressed with the e-card and talked about it in our staff meeting today!
