Such as the idea to place property listing zingding's on CraigsList..........WOW what a way to make "your" ads stand out from all the rest on CraigsList or any other ad medium.

Any more ideas out there ?

Yes that's the procedure.

Here is a link to the CraigsList posting I just did.

I used the html provided by zingding ( as part of creating the eListing ) and pasted it right into the CraigsList input.
Works fine !
